Episode 4-HK1: Day Four

The two teams are asked to demonstrate their ability in the front of the house, with the winners getting a spa treatment while the losers must polish up the silverware to Jean Phillipe’s satisfaction. During the fourth night’s service, things are jumping when they are asked to prepare frog legs for the menu, and Chef Ramsay declares that he won’t close the restaurant until one team serves all of their tables.
